Congress should write to the state supreme court and inform them that unless they sanction this activist judge they will remove the entire bench and all funding too.

Lần này, Thẩm phán James Boasberg, một người được Obama bổ nhiệm đã quyết định rằng các thành viên băng đảng nước ngoài—vâng, những tên tội phạm thực sự có liên hệ với các tổ chức tội phạm bạo lực của Venezuela—xứng đáng được một chiếc dù vàng trở lại Hoa Kỳ sau khi Tổng thống Trump ra lệnh trục xuất họ một cách chính đáng.

Đây không phải là “chủ nghĩa phân biệt chủng tộc”, hay “bài ngoại”, hay bất kỳ từ thông dụng nào mà phe cánh tả đang nhai lại trong tuần này. Đây là việc thực thi luật nhập cư theo luật liên bang. Và Trump, với tư cách là Tổng thống, có mọi quyền hợp pháp và hiến định để thực thi nó.
Những gì Boasberg đã làm là nguy hiểm, vi hiến và hoàn toàn tách biệt với thực tế. Phán quyết của Boasberg là một cuộc tấn công trực tiếp vào thẩm quyền của tổng thống, một sự nguy hiểm liều lĩnh đối với mạng sống của người Mỹ và là sự xấu hổ đối với hệ thống tư pháp.

US District Judge James Boasberg, an appointee of President Barack Obama, made the decision after President Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act after equating the Aragua Train with a foreign government. The law has only been used three times in the country's history and is drawing criticism from immigration advocacy groups.
Boasberg's order was issued following a lawsuit filed on behalf of five Venezuelan immigrants, which was provisionally converted into a class action, Politico reported.
The judge's decision, for now, blocks the deportation of all illegal immigrants in custody in the country who are subject to Trump's Alien Enemy Alien Act proclamation.
“Any plane containing these folks that is going to take off or is in the air needs to be returned to the United States however that is accomplished,” Boasberg announced. “Make sure it’s complied with immediately.”

As previously reported, federal judge on Thursday said the Trump Administration’s Office of Personnel Management (OPM) illegally fired thousands of probationary employees.
President Trump has fired tens of thousands of probationary workers as he works to downsize the federal government and cut waste.
